## Overview

After your bamboo rafting adventure, you'll transition to the limestone massage portion of the tour.
Limestone massage involves the use of smooth limestone rocks that have been naturally shaped by the river's currents. These rocks are heated and used in a massage therapy session.
The heat and pressure of the rocks are applied to various parts of your body, creating a soothing and therapeutic experience. The combination of warmth and massage can help relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.
The setting for the limestone massage is typically in a serene and natural environment, such as a riverside spa or a tranquil outdoor space.

Scenic Views: Throughout the tour, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of Jamaica's landscape, with opportunities to take in the sights, sounds, and fresh air.

**Pickup:** Hotel pickup included
