We will stop in for some sampling while discussing the historical relevance of the family business. 3. **Marche de la Liberation** (1h) - We will then hop on the tram and make our way to the true local market of Nice and do as the locals do, sample our way through the production of the season. We will visit our favorite Socca shop and even take in a drink at the farmer's and merchant's favorite watering hole. 4. **Old Town** (2h) - We will make our way to a restaurant for a lunch tasting and of course, some chilled local rose!
