In an electric golf cart you glide through narrow lanes that buses can never enter, covering in a few hours what would take days to walk. Along the way you'll stop at: • The Colosseum, lit from below and at its most dramatic after dark • The Trevi Fountain, where you can toss your coin and guarantee your return to Rome • The Pantheon and its extraordinary open-air dome • Piazza Navona, with Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers at its centre • The Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia and more At every stop you get out, take your photos and enjoy the square at your own pace. No queues, no crowds to follow, no rush — just the city in front of you. Tell us what matters most to you — photography, a romantic evening, or simply the highlights — and we'll adapt the route before you set off. Want to linger longer at a particular spot? Just say the word. ## Before you book - Hotel pickup: from 939 pickup points - 6 start times: between 18:00 and 21:00 - Age 5+: minimum age to join **Pickup:** Hotel pickup from 939 pickup points ## Key facts - Price: from €59 per person for the Golf Cart Tour Through Rome With Free Pick-up option; other options up to €249 - Duration: 2h 30m - Rating: 4.92/5 from 131 reviews (collected from Guidekin & Viator & Tripadvisor) - Free cancellation (see policy below) - Operator: Discover Rome Tours - Group: Shared tour · private option available - Guide languages: English - Start times: 18:00, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 21:00 - Booking: Instant confirmation, mobile ticket - Price checked on Viator: 2026-10-03 ## Reviews 4.92 from 131 ratings on Guidekin, Viator & Tripadvisor. 98% of ratings with a star breakdown are 4 or 5 stars: 129 of 131. - 5 stars: 123 (94%) - 4 stars: 6 (5%) - 3 stars: 1 (1%) - 2 stars: 1 (1%) - 1 star: 0 (0%) ### What reviewers say Reviewers praise the guides, night views and easy sightseeing; commentary can be hard to hear from the back seats. **Praised:** - Guides' friendly manner and knowledge of Rome - Seeing Rome's landmarks illuminated after dark - Covering many sights with less walking - Frequent photo stops and help taking pictures - Convenient hotel pickup and return **Complaints:** - Commentary can be hard to hear from the back seats - Some found commentary generic or sparse, while others praised detailed explanations Written by Guidekin from the 100 most recent English reviews on Viator & Tripadvisor (2026-01-14 to 2026-09-30); last checked 2026-10-03. ## Tour options Prices are the operator's current list price for two travellers (whole euros); options sold only to bigger parties say so; pick the option on the booking page. | Option | Price | Guide languages | Details | |---|---|---|---| | Golf Cart Tour Through Rome With Free Pick-up | €59 / person | English | Pickup included | | Private | €249 / person (for 2+ people) | English | Private: Have a better experience by private tour with a local guide and choose whatever you want to see Pickup included | ## What's included - Pick up ## Not included - visit inside the monuments is not possible - Meals ## Itinerary 1. **Colosseum** (pass by, no stop) - Feel the magic as you glide past the majestic Colosseum, where tales of ancient gladiators come to life in the soft glow of lights.
