Trastevere is considered to be the heart of the traditional Roman cuisine. Here, we will experience the tradition of small family run gems, while getting to know great chefs who reinterpreted the Roman cuisine with refinement and taste.
Everything you taste is made with organic or locally sourced ingredients, that we had meticulously selected by being the best in the city.
The experience is a combination of traditional and creative gourmet food. 
The highligh is a creative bistrot where the guide together with the chef will teach you how to prepare the most famous Roman recipe.
Ending the tour at an exceptional gourmet gelateria, your guide will inform you on essential tips to ensure that you will make the most of every day while in Rome.
