As the yacht passes by picture-perfect Land's End, remember to snap some great photos or simply take in the beauty of the sights created solely by the nature.

Begin the culinary experience with a signature cocktail and an antipasto platter of charcuterie, cheeses, olives, melon, nuts & bruschettas. For dinner, relish the Baja Duo - jumbo shrimp kabob over a juicy beef filet in red wine sauce, accompanied by organic green salad. 

For dessert, we serve red fruits & mango over a delicious traditional Mexican "ate” jam on a layer of wonton. You will find top the shelf brands in the open premium bar prepared by our in-house mixologist.
