We leave early in the morning (around 6:30 am for Playa Del Carmen) to avoid the crowds as much as possible. We take the fastest route, without making any technical stops (souvenir shops, central agency for final payments, etc.) in order to arrive before the hot weather and the crowds. As you leave, you can see all the big groups arriving... After a guided tour (your certified guide will accompany you all day, not only to the ruins), you will have some free time for souvenirs (good place to to buy). Then, we take the road again to visit a Mayan community where you will eat traditional food and learn about the Mayan culture. We will end with a magnificent cenote to refresh you. you will be back at your hotel around 6 p.m. Quality service in small groups without mixing languages and all inclusive. ## Before you book - Hotel pickup: no car needed - Food included: traditional lunch with a drink included - Strollers OK: infants accepted - Age rule: Specialized infant seats are available **Pickup:** Hotel pickup included ## Key facts - Price: from €208 per person for the desde PLAYA DEL CARMEN option; other options up to €263 - Duration: 12h - Rating: 4.87/5 from 179 reviews (collected from Guidekin & Viator & Tripadvisor) - Free cancellation (see policy below) - Operator: Del Mundo Tours - Group: Shared tour - Guide languages: French - Booking: Confirmation within 48 hours, mobile ticket - Price checked on Viator: 2026-10-09 ## Reviews 4.87 from 179 ratings on Guidekin & Tripadvisor. 98% of ratings with a star breakdown are 4 or 5 stars: 176 of 179. - 5 stars: 160 (89%) - 4 stars: 16 (9%) - 3 stars: 1 (1%) - 2 stars: 2 (1%) - 1 star: 0 (0%) ## Tour options Prices are the operator's current list price for two travellers (whole euros); options sold only to bigger parties say so; pick the option on the booking page. | Option | Price | Guide languages | Details | |---|---|---|---| | desde PLAYA DEL CARMEN | €208 / person | French | ZONE 3: Hospedajes / Hoteles ubicados between Bluebay y Occ Xcaret Pickup included | | desde PTO AVENTURAS & AKUMAL | €244 / person | French | ZONE 4: Hospedajes / Hoteles ubicados between HARD ROCK & BAHIA PRINCIPLE Pickup included | | desde PTO MORELOS & PTA MAROMA | €244 / person | French | ZONE 2: Hospedajes / Hoteles ubicados between Zoetry y Tres Rios Pickup included | | desde COSTA MUJERES & CANCUN | €263 / person | French | ZONE 1: Hospedajes / Hoteles ubicados between Costa Mujeres y Royalton Pickup included | | DESDE TULUM | €263 / person | French | ZONE 5: Hospedajes / Hoteles ubicados entre Dreams Tulum y Super aki (entrada Tulum) Pickup included | ## What's included - Air-conditioned vehicle - traditional lunch with a drink included - No technical stops en route that waste time - included all day - not a breakfast per se, just a small snack (juice & cakes).
