1. **Ourika Valley** (4h) - Departure from your Riad/Hotel from 09:00 towards the High Atlas Mountains. 2. **Tnine Ourika** (35m) - Halfway we pass through the douar of Tnine-Ourika, where an important souk takes place every Monday: it is undoubtedly the most interesting in the entire region of Marrakech.
3. **Setti Fatma and the 7 Cascades** (2h; admission included) - The road stops at Setti Fatma. There, many more or less difficult hikes begin.
