## Overview

Travel in a small group, 16 guests maximum, to ensure personal attention from your guide. You will visit a wooden shoe workshop for a demonstration of clog making, a cheese farm for an explanation of cheese making and a working Industrial windmill. 

At Keukenhof, skip the line and walk straight through the entrance as entrance tickets are given to you by the tour guide. 

Afterwards, you will be brought back to Amsterdam.

2. **Molen De Kat** (15m; admission included) - Visit a working industrial windmill and have a look around inside to see how these incredible machines powered the economic growth in the 17th and 18th century. Climb upstairs towards the impressive Wings and stunning views around.
3. **Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm** (15m) - Receive an explanation of how Dutch Gouda cheese is made and taste different types of Dutch cheeses.
4. **Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop** (20m) - See how wooden shoes are made, learn more about clogs and take pictures of big wooden shoes.
5. **Zaanse Schans** (2h) - Guided tour in a small group at Zaanse Schans with a local guide who will tell you all about the history of the area and the sights at Zaanse Schans.
