### What reviewers say

Reviewers value the local commentary and views of lights beyond the main streets, but the open car can feel chilly.

**Praised:**
- Friendly drivers share local knowledge and explain the light displays
- Routes cover back streets and lights visitors miss on foot
- Clear views of the lights with the vintage Beetle's roof down
- Punctual hotel pickups and convenient returns to the hotel

**Complaints:**
- The open car can feel cold and windy
- Rain can prevent travelling with the roof down
- Heavy traffic can slow the ride through Funchal
