It is essential to come with sports shoes. - ▷Do you recommended taking anti-seasick medication? - The paragliding flight is normally very stable and the passengers do not feel any adversity or dizziness. However some days, to stay longer in flight, it is necessary to make turns that allow us to stay inside the thermals. If you are excessively prone to seasickness, you can take the medication you would take if you were traveling by car. - ✔︎ Don't forget! - Comfortable clothes - Windbreaker jacket - Sneakers - Sunscreen - Hat - Water - Photo ID Booking asks for: weights ## Compared with other Paragliding | Tour | Price | Duration | Rating | Group | |---|---|---|---|---| | **This tour · #2 of 4** | €115 | 2h | 4.99 (157) | shared | | [Paragliding flight Biplaza Tenerife South](/spain/tenerife/tours/paragliding-flight-biplaza-tenerife-south/?format=md) | €110 | 2h | 4.97 (868) | private | | [Paragliding Tandem Flight in Tenerife South ¡HOLA!](/spain/tenerife/tours/paragliding-tandem-flight-in-tenerife-south-hola/?format=md) | €99 | 1h 30m | 4.89 (54) | shared | | [Bronze Tandem Paragliding Flight in South Tenerife with Pick-up](/spain/tenerife/tours/bronze-tandem-paragliding-flight-in-south-tenerife-with-pick-up/?format=md) | €110 | 2h | 4.87 (265) | private | Ranked #2 of 4 in Paragliding by Guidekin score (rating weighted by review volume).
