In February 2021 I left my hometown, Amsterdam, to host wine tastings here in Valencia. I have developed myself by working in some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. Besides the practical work I got educated in the highest Dutch wine studies, “Vinologen” and in the highest level of the most well-known wine studies worldwide: WSET4.
