Guided storytelling is included; food and drinks are extra. 4.93 from 166 reviews at €16 per person for 2h. ## Overview Some mysteries refuse to die. More than 135 years on, the identity of Jack the Ripper remains unknown, and the streets where it all happened are still there, waiting after dark. On this evening walking tour, your expert guide takes you deep into Whitechapel, tracing the events of autumn 1888 through the very alleyways, courtyards, and corners where they unfolded. Using historical photographs, you'll see how each location looked at the time — some barely changed in over a century — while your guide walks you through the evidence piece by piece. This isn't just a ghost story. You'll hear who the victims really were and the Victorian East End world they lived in, examine the leading suspects from the plausible to the outlandish, and follow the police investigation that gripped London and spawned the world's fascination with true crime. By the end, you'll have the facts and your own theory. ## Before you book - Meeting point: We will meet outside St Marys… - 7 start times: between 12:00 and 20:00 - Food not included: bring or buy your own - Age 3+: minimum age to join ## Key facts - Price: from €16 per person for the Jack the Ripper Tour London: Whitechapel Murders & Dark Secrets option; other options up to €250 - Duration: 2h - Rating: 4.93/5 from 166 reviews (collected from Guidekin & Viator & Tripadvisor) - Free cancellation (see policy below) - Recommended by 99% of travellers (share of four- and five-star reviews) - Operator: Side Routes ## Tour options Prices are the operator's current list price for two travellers (whole euros); options sold only to bigger parties say so; pick the option on the booking page. | Option | Price | Guide languages | Details | |---|---|---|---| | Jack the Ripper Tour London: Whitechapel Murders & Dark Secrets | €16 / person | English | - | | Private Jack the Ripper Tour | €250 / person | English | - | ## What's included - 2-hour Jack the Ripper walking tour - Professional Guide ## Not included - Food and Drink ## Itinerary 1. **We will meet outside St Marys Whitechapel Church Memorial, near Aldgate East ...** (10m) - We will meet outside St Marys Whitechapel Church Memorial, near Aldgate East Station. 2. **We will visit Mitre Square one of the only Ripper murder scenes to retain its...** (10m) - We will visit Mitre Square one of the only Ripper murder scenes to retain its name. 3. **Meet your guide in the heart of Whitechapel and step back into late 19th cent...** (pass by, no stop) - Meet your guide in the heart of Whitechapel and step back into late 19th century London.
