A guide leads the route and discusses suspects; expect uneven surfaces on old cobblestone streets. 4.98 from 44 reviews at €24 per person for 2h. ## Overview Walk the streets of Whitechapel and step into London’s most notorious unsolved murder case. In the autumn of 1888, a killer stalked the East End, murdering five women and vanishing without a trace. This atmospheric small group walking tour explores the Jack the Ripper crimes through the murder sites, the investigation, suspects, and the brutal Victorian conditions that allowed the killer to escape justice. We follow the trail of Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly, examining the sequence of events and the evidence left behind. Who were they, and how did life in Whitechapel place them in the Ripper’s path? As we move through dark streets and narrow alleys, you’ll visit surviving locations linked to the murders and uncover why the police failed, who the leading suspects were, and whether conspiracy or coincidence kept the truth buried. Discover why, more than a century later, the mystery of Jack the Ripper still haunts Whitechapel. ## Before you book - Meeting point: Meet your guide outside Shoreditch High… - Starts 16:30, 19:00, 19:30: 3 departures a day - Wheelchair accessible: operator-marked - Age 16+: minimum age to join ## Key facts - Price: from €24 per person - Duration: 2h - Rating: 4.98/5 from 44 reviews (collected from Guidekin & Viator & Tripadvisor) - Free cancellation (see policy below) - Recommended by 100% of travellers (share of four- and five-star reviews) - Operator: Fun London Tours Ltd ## What's included - Walking tour with a knowledgeable London Tour Guide ## Not included - Gratuities ## Itinerary 1. **Whitechapel** (1h 50m) - The tour operates within the area of Whitechapel, where Jack the Ripper committed his murders. 2. **Brick Lane** (10m) - Walk along an area so well known for its curries and Bangladeshi community, its known as Banglatown. ## Schedule - Runs: daily - Departures: 16:30, 19:00, 19:30 - Schedule last checked: 2026-10-01 - These are published departures, not a live seat count; availability is confirmed at checkout. ## Cancellation For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. ## Meeting point Meet your guide outside Shoreditch High Street Overground Train Station on Braithwaite Street.
