From the guide

Immerse yourself into hundreds of years of history through food in the Puerto Rican capital of Old San Juan. The city has acted as the gateway to the Caribbean for over 500 years and its rich culinary scene tells the story of the many cultures and traditions that influenced it.

You'll start your journey with a specialty Cortado and a buttery Mallorca dusted in sugar, the quintessential local breakfast. Throughout the tour, you'll taste Pasteles de Cerdo (a true pillar of island heritage), a crispy artisanal Empanadilla, and the famous national dish: Mofongo, loved by locals and celebrities alike. We finish on a luxurious note with an artisanal Chocolate Bombom made with premium local cacao. With over 5 local tastings and a Secret Dish revealed only during the tour, your appetite will be satisfied while your taste buds experience the very best of this unique culinary scene.
