• ** If you're traveling with a group but reserved your space separately, you have to notify us that you're together. • We recommend shoes that you won’t mind getting wet and muddy, that have a good grip and thick sole. Sneakers, water shoes or hiking sandals that cover your toes are the best option. Be mindful that sandals, flip flops, croccs or slides are not allowed as it can be dangerous once wet or muddy.
• If you’re using UBER services you can use “Deli Plaza Loiza (Norte)” **KEEP IN MIND we have no affiliation with Uber nor we have any way to change the location or the names in their systems. The name provided for the meeting point in Uber system can change at any point, confirm location through your map and the location of Norte Shopping Center, San Juan.
• Pictures AREN’T part of this experience, if you’d like to bring your phone with you keep in mind you should have a waterproof pouch in order to protect it as it can get damaged during the excursion. Some guides will take pictures which they will share after the tour is done. It’s not their obligation to send this pictures to you after you’ve parted ways
• OFFICE HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Fridays 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Food stop WON’T be available for tours at 1:00 pm. Our guests are welcome to bring snacks and water, no alcoholic beverages.
• Running late / Cancelling under 24 hrs prior the tour: Contact your assigned tour guide directly to inform them your ETA, they can give a 5 min grace period if they’re informed. If you arrive late you will be considered a NO SHOW meaning no refund or reschedule will be provided. Cancellations under 24 hrs prior the tour won’t be honored and NO refund will be provided.
