For all concerns or questions please call the number provided on your confirmation voucher. Directions: Driver will have your name and will be holding a sign that says El Tour Caribe with our logo. Please make sure you are waiting at the proper pick up location. If waiting in a lobby please monitor the door and look for the driver. Do Not sit a bar or lounging area as that will make it difficult for the driver to know that you are waiting for pick up. Once you tell us where you are staying, we will send you an email informing pick up time at your place, please check your email.
