From the guide

On our Secret Food Tour Bologna, you'll enjoy a memorable taste experience.
We'll start with a traditional Raviola with Mostarda alla Bolognese, then visit one of the oldest Salumeria of the city to learn more about local meat products and famous pastas.
You'll enjoy: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna and many more regional cold cuts in the oldest Osteria in the world with a glass of our local wine.
Next we'll taste handmade pasta made just for us at a local Trattoria, with a glass of local wine (and coffee, if you like). Then we'll visit the local food market, Quadrilatero, for a tasting of balsamic vinegar from Modena (8-12-25 years aged) to discover how this tradition endures.
As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience.
Please note we can't offer gluten-free or vegan options yet. This tour is also not wheelchair and stroller accessible.
