A working cellar on the terraces opens its vineyards to your party alone: you walk the rows, taste the DOC white, the rosé and the red, then pound pesto by hand. -Vineyard tours:
We will take you on a tour of the BarCa cellar and the historic vineyards of the Barrani-Capellini family, illustrating the different winemaking processes, from grape harvesting to bottling.
-Wine tasting:
You will taste the different types of wine: BarCa Cinqueterre DOC, Rosaluna rosé wine and Memento cru white wine directly in the vineyard overlooking the sea, far from the tourist chaos of the Cinqueterre.
-Pesto class:
The tasting will be accompanied by a pesto class where you will be the one to cook your basil pesto directly in the mortar, discovering the secrets of the family recipe!
