  • Sandals, shoes with heels and flip-flops, slippers, and clogs, as well as shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral. Please bring a scarf to cover up before entering.
  • The Baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the vault's mosaics.
  • Please note that backpacks of any size, as well as luggage or large bags, are not allowed.
  • Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
  • It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
  • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
  • Please note that Cathedral visits are not available on Sundays.
  • Both the Duomo Museum and the Florence Baptistery are scheduled to be visited; however, depending on timing and availability, the tour may include only one of the two sites.
  • The Cathedral is an active place of worship and may be closed to visitors at any time for liturgical services or religious ceremonies, sometimes without prior notice.
  • You may be refused entry if you fail to comply with the cathedral’s dress requirements.
  • Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Accademia Gallery.
  • Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
