Start the evening like an Italian getting to know your local guide and small group of travelers (12 people max) over a glass of wine or prosecco paired with cured meats and cheeses from the region. After, pop by a family-run restaurant making the best supplì in town for over 40 years on your way to try Rome's beloved cocktail, the Aperol spritz, at an iconic neighborhood institution. Take a short walk to a cozy wine bar to sample three types of bruschette with a glass of red and white wine. Then, sit down at a typical trattoria for a family-style pasta dinner and more wine. No trip to Rome is complete without gelato! Enjoy a cup or cone before parting ways with your guide. You’ll end the tour with invaluable insight into how to eat like a local for the rest of your visit.
