Your private guide will meet you at Trajan's Column. They will stand along the fence on the NW side of the column with an orange Roman Vacations sign.
The tour will end at the Colosseum where there is a Metro B station as well as a bus stop. This is only a short walk from a taxi stand in two directions as well.
