Next, head to the renowned trattoria Rione XIII to dive into pasta making, learning the secrets to perfect fresh pasta. Enjoy creating your own fettuccine and ravioli, then sit down and enjoy the fresh pasta you made with delicious wine.

At the end, visit our favorite gelateria for the finest organic gelato in Rome.

Guided by a local expert, you’ll learn the secrets of perfect fresh pasta while having fun shaping your own fettuccine and ravioli with fellow travellers. Then sit down to enjoy your creations: pasta chitarra with amatriciana sauce and ravioli filled with sheep ricotta and lemon zest, with butter and sage sauce. A great pasta class is, of course, accompanied by good wine.
