You will meet your tour guide in front of the museums, then you will go through the security checks together. There is a toilet facility here. Then you go to the inner courtyard for an introduction to the history of the Romans and Pope. Here you can take a great photo of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica.
2h 30m · Admission not includedThis is also where the papal elections take place. Please note that the guide will explain the paintings beforehand as you are not allowed to speak in the chapel.
30 min · Admission not includedThe Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel are certainly among the top attractions in Rome. Must see places. To make sightseeing an unforgettable (beautiful) moment, we recommend a guided tour. It has been calculated that if you spent just a minute in front of each work of art, it would take you 14 years to see the Vatican Museums collection... We want to show you the best of these treasures in our three hours. Your German Roman city guide will tell you extraordinary stories about the unique architecture and the mysterious politics of the Vatican. Admire incredible works of art and the largest fresco in world history and understand the connections between art, culture and history in a simple and entertaining way.
