And we can decide how to eat these fishes such as Sashimi , Nitsuke(steam with shoyu or miso), grilled or soup . You can also order 1 cup of Sake to pairling your dishes . There are 'Okami-san' ; Master lady chef in Kimono always welcoming you as their kid so you can feel like you just coming back to your home where you growing up . So we always call her "Mom" .
