A three hour Andalusian cooking class for a maximum of four people: ajoblanco and Malaga salad first, then a paella you build yourself, with sangria poured while you work. €67 per person, and the tiny cap makes it closer to cooking with a friend than attending a class.
In this experience you will learn dishes of Andalusian cuisine, such as ajoblanco and Malaga salad, which we finish with a Paella, the first recipe known in Spain.
During the class, the chef will show her clients tips on where to buy good products and sites in Malaga that they should visit, as well as interesting gastronomic sites.
They are fun, enjoyable and 100% participatory classes.
A minimum of 4 people is required to take the class.
