Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are included within the southern and eastern coastal zones of Tenerife — specifically along the coast between Los Gigantes and La Laguna, passing through the main resorts in the south and east. If your accommodation is outside the pick-up zone, we kindly ask you to make your way to any town included in the list above, where we can pick you up conveniently. For guests staying in the northern part of the island (between Buenavista del Norte and La Laguna), the meeting point is in La Laguna: If arriving by bus, we will meet at the main bus station (Intercambiador). If arriving by car or taxi, we’ll direct you to a nearby free parking area. After booking, please send us your hotel or apartment location via WhatsApp, preferably as a Google Maps link. If you don’t know your accommodation at the time of booking, just let us know as soon as possible. We will provide your exact pick-up time and meeting location promptly after receiving your details, and no later than the evening before the tour. On the morning of the tour, your driver may send a short WhatsApp update with any timing or location adjustments, depending on traffic or road conditions. ⏱️ Please be at the designated pick-up point 3–5 minutes before the scheduled time, as in some locations parking is limited or short stops only are allowed.
