09:30 – Arrive at Ri village and meet Duoc – a Vietnam War veteran and tea-farm owner who tells historical stories from his own experience. 10:00 – Follow Duoc to his vast tea farm and learn how to harvest tea leaves. Carry on with the production of tea at his small workshop, most of the works are manual.
