Customers stay on the International cruise ship: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 11.30 (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 11.30AM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

Regulation of Halong bay administration: To protect environment, you can't bring single-use plastic water bottles but you can bring Multi-use bottles/ glass water bottles/thermos water bottles...
