A private two hour rooftop paella masterclass with a local host, built around technique you can repeat at home with your own local ingredients, sangria included. It is a session for the cooking itself, not a market tour: no market visit, just the stove and the meal.
With this masterclass you will not only learn how we prepare our paella in Costa Brava but also learn how to make any kind of paella, specially with the ingredients you have available in your area.
It is an interactive experience where guests learn about the history of paella, the different techniques to prepare it and also the way we prepare it when inviting our friends and family.
There's a possibility of preparing a vegetarian paella, let us know.
