Then you will head to the first stop to try the first ever-invented Pintxo! This pintxo consists of three simple yet flavorful components: a green guindilla pepper, a briny anchovy, and a tart green olive. Skewered together, these ingredients create a harmonious blend of spicy, salty, and tangy flavors.
