  • 'Tour only' customers have approx. 3 hours free time. 'Lunch' customers have up to 90 minutes free time depending on traffic conditions.
  • Check-in time: Mon - Fri: 6am & Sat: 5.30am
  • Train times (please note, this is not the check-in time) vary depending on the day: typically 7:00am from Monday to Friday, and either 7:30am or 6:30am on Saturdays. Return trains are usually at 7:00pm or 8:00pm.
  • Eiffel Tower Security Check - Those who select the Eiffel Tower lunch option must pass through two security screenings, including metal detectors and a mandatory bag inspection. If you are unable to go through metal detectors, please bring a medical note with you.
  • Louvre stop: As the arrival time and duration may vary due to traffic conditions, we advise against booking Louvre entry tickets independently.
  • Eurostar Plus Class offers extra legroom, a light meal served onboard, and a quieter, more comfortable ride.
