Itinerary

Windsor Castle Stop 1
We visit the amazing Windsor Castle, the family home to British Kings & Queens for over 1,000 years. The size of the 13 acre Castle is breathtaking, & is the largest & oldest occupied Castle in the world & it is where Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II chose to spend most of her time & called home. You might even time your visit when the new King Charles III is in residence! Look at the flag flying from the Castle’s Round Tower; if it’s the Royal Standard The King will be there too.
3h
Thames River Stop 2
We then walk alongside the River Thames watching the boats & wildlife, including “The King’s Swans” and cross the bridge which separates Windsor from Eton College, Prince William’s former private school.
20 min
Admission included
Windsor Stop 3
We tour the small town of Windsor immediately upon leaving the Castle. We tour the quaint streets & shops (including the smallest street in the UK). We also see The Long Walk entrance to the Castle & a view towards Frogmore, where Prince Harry & Megan once resided!
30 min
Runnymede National Trust Stop 4
PLUS Either on our way to, or returning from Windsor, we visit the JF Kennedy & Magna Carta memorials. The JFK memorial sits on an acre of land designated to the USA from the UK to remember one of the greatest leaders of modern times. The Magna Carta statue was designed in 1957 to honour democracy & liberty. The charter, first signed here in 1215 by King John, is honoured by The American Bar to this day.
20 min
Kensington Palace Stop 5
Make Kensington Palace your drop off point & maybe have lunch there in the outstanding gardens or restaurants on your way back to Central London. Kensington Palace is where Princess Diana lived & where Prince William & Princess Catherine resided with their young family before moving to Windsor. We will walk you through the Royal Kensington Gardens & introduce you to the Palace & grounds. * Entrance to the Palace & museum is optional & by ticket only.
