The 2-day train tour is one of the most accessible ways to visit Machu Picchu. We book the hard parts for you, so you can just show up and enjoy it.
On day one you explore the Sacred Valley (Ollantaytambo, Maras salt mines and Moray terraces), then take a scenic train to Aguas Calientes, the small town at the foot of Machu Picchu. You sleep there, so on day two you are among the first to enter the citadel with your guide before the crowds build.
