Beginner canyoning tours start with 15 minutes of instruction, then a sequence of waterfall rappels, natural rock slides, and pool swims over about 3 hours. Level 1 routes have drops of 8-10 meters maximum. Level 2 and 3 increase to 20-30 meter abseils with tighter gorge sections and optional cliff jumps. All equipment provided: wetsuits, helmets, harnesses, waterproof bags.
