Day trips in Mallorca are picked by hand: we read every listing and kept 11 rated 4.5★ or higher, with 1,171 traveler reviews between them. The island's classic day out is the Tramuntana loop, and it comes in four honest grades here: a €49 coach through Valldemossa and the Soller valley with the vintage tram ride included, a €95 small-group version capped at 8 with a summer swim stop, the €82 grand tour that adds the boat leg to Sa Calobra, and private shore-excursion formats from €489. Around them sit a sunset minibus to Formentor at €55, a self-drive 4x4 convoy, and the island's only Caves of Drach tour to clear our review bar.
Match the format to your day, not the price tag: coach loops give free time in each village, the small-group runs give a guide throughout, and cruise passengers should book the formats that guarantee a timely return to the ship rather than gamble on the €49 loop. The best reviewed day trips come first below.
