138 tours · €8–€4913 per person · ★ 4.8
For Vatican tours, we read every listing and kept 138 tours rated 4.5★ or higher, each picked by hand. Prices go from €8 per person for basilica only visits to €4913 for private guided tours. A typical Vatican Museums tour bundles priority admission with a guide and headsets, so you can hear the commentary as you move through the galleries. Dome climbs and early morning entries are separate formats, not add-ons to the standard visit.
A quick way to choose: a St Peter's Basilica tour on its own leaves out the museums and Sistine Chapel. On combined visits, basilica access can mean entry without a guide inside, so check what your option promises. Skip the line tickets still require security checks, so allow time for those too.
