Next, it’s time for a veritable Spanish feast Stop 6
Step past the long lines forming outside before the restaurant even opens its doors. Your guide will show you the cave beneath the restaurant, which was part of a tunnel system that once spread underneath Madrid, and take you behind the scenes of the historic kitchen where 300-year-old ovens make time-perfected recipes. Finally, sit down for a three-course meal and feast on specialties such as Botín’s signature roast suckling pig. (last stop for both options)
