Wine Tours from Madrid

17 tours · €30–€239.91 per person · ★ 4.9

Wine tours from Madrid reach three regions, and the 17 on this page were all picked by hand, rated 4.5★ or higher by the travelers who went. Ribera del Duero, Spain's flagship Tempranillo country, has three formats from €185 to €239.91, up to four wineries and twelve wines with lunch included on the top tier. The Vinos de Madrid appellation is closer and cheaper: a six hour, three winery tour at €145 with more than ten tastings, while a €30 tasting near Plaza Mayor covers a first evening without leaving the city.

Two practical flags: the big region days run 9 to 11 hours with no hotel pickup, and most wineries do not admit children under 12. The best reviewed winery tours from Madrid come first below.

Planning a trip to Madrid

Best time to visit

Madrid is at its best in spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October), with clear skies and comfortable walking weather. July and August run very hot, so start tours early; winters are cold but bright and uncrowded.

Getting there & around

Barajas Airport (MAD) connects to the centre in about 30 minutes by metro or Cercanías train. The centre is compact and walkable, and high-speed AVE trains make Toledo and Segovia easy day trips.
