• On private tours, set times are flexible. This way, we can try to arrange, if we have schedule availability, a starting time that is compatible with your holiday schedule.
• We advise you to bring sports shoes and a coat, which can always be useful.
• If you go to the bow of the boat, you may be asked to take off your shoes to protect the mattresses and fiber of the boat.
• Failure to show up on the day of departure will result in the loss of the total amount of the reservation.
• On private tours, failure to show up at the scheduled time will result in the remainder of the tour time being taken.
• On shared tours, the experience provider reserves the right to start the experience at the scheduled time, however, there is a 10-minute tolerance.
• The experience will have a maximum of 12 participants.
• The experience will only be carried out if the navigability conditions, always assessed by the vessel's captain, are favorable. If canceled due to adverse seaworthiness conditions, a different date or full refund will be given.
